Cinema & Science + Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom

The KU Natural History Museum and the Museum at Prairiefire invite you to join us Thursday, July 19th for Cinema & Science: The Real Jurassic World. The evening begins with a screening of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom followed by a dynamic Panel Discussion with University of Kansas Vertebrate Paleontologist, Dr. David Burnham. Dr. Burnham is currently unearthing rare fossilized remains of a Tyrannosaurus rex that lived about 66.5 million years ago! We are excited to have him here to shed light on the REAL dinosaurs of the Jurassic world!

Check in: Cinetopia Lobby, 30 minutes prior to movie start time. Cinetopia Overland Park 18 is located directly across the street from the Museum at Prairiefire.

Movie Start Time: Approximately 6 PM

Post Movie Reception and Panel Discussion: Immediately following in the Museum at Prairiefire Great Hall. The movie runs a total of 2 hours and 4 minutes

MAP Members: First 100 Tickets are FREE, so be sure to sign up early! Non-MAP Member, General Admission tickets, $10.
